1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

3. Renewal Refunds

For automatic renewal charges, we offer refunds within 48 hours of the renewal date. After 48 hours, the charge is non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Lifetime/one-time purchase licenses after 7 days
  • Partially used monthly billing periods beyond the 7-day guarantee
  • AI usage credits that have been consumed

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly.
