1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using any services provided by Palm Tree Global, LLC (“PTG”, “we”, “our”), including but not limited to Niuwa AI, SuperPDF, SmartResume, and any other products under the PTG portfolio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

PTG operates a portfolio of AI-powered digital tools and SaaS products. Each product may have additional terms specific to its functionality. These Terms of Service apply globally across all PTG services.

3. User Accounts

Our One-ID system allows you to use a single account across all PTG products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create using our tools remains yours. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content. Our software, trademarks, and proprietary technology remain the property of PTG.

6. Limitation of Liability

PTG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
